According to the report currently making the news, the agent of Porto star Alex Telles is waiting on a bid from Manchester United this summer transfer window after the club missed out on signing Sergio Reguilon from Real Madrid.

The report claims that the Portuguese club were formerly looking to trigger the release clause of the 27-year-old – which is believed to be around £34 million – but having seen Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea lose interest, they ultimately decided to reduce their asking price for the left-back star before his contract expires next summer.

In his four impressive campaigns for the Portuguese club, the Brazilian found the back of the net 24 times and created 55 assists in 192 appearances in all competitions for the club. With that kind of goalscoring record and assist he was able to arouse Solskjaer’s interest.
