With Football Manager 2020 already having hit the shelves, players would surely be looking out for potential bargain deals. It is the best a manager can have, considering bargains can be sold on for financial profit in the next few seasons.

These sort of deals present an advantage for the club in more ways than one. They can perform at a good level and can be sold on without too much fuss at all.

The Serie A is known for lesser-known players and FM 2020 is full of them. Here are some of the best bargain deals you can have on the latest game from Serie A, deals that would see your odds with bettinginsider 24 drop dramatically!

#1 David Ospina- Napoli

Premier League fans would familiar with how good Ospina was during his stint with Arsenal. Now at the partenopei, Ospina is the club’s second-choice goalkeeper behind Alex Meret. The experienced Colombian can do a job for a lot of Premier League sides and is available for just  £9 million initially.

He boasts of 17 reflexes and his agility stands at 16. His wage demand is around £50k a week- something that isn’t too huge for a Premier League club that you’re managing. His concentration stands at 15, with communication 14. It makes him a very reliable goalkeeper.

#2 Timothy Castagne- Atalanta

Castagne has been key to helping La Dea reach the Champions League last season, scoring for them in their win over Shakhtar Donest in the competition. The versatile right wing-back has been crucial to helping the side reach the knockout stages of the Champions League for the first time in history.

He is capable of playing on the left side and in midfield. He is available for £9.75 million in the game but players would need to be quick about it. His value can rise to about £30 million in a season.

The 23-year-old Belgian has a determination of 18, with his acceleration at 14. He is a complete outlet in many positions.

#3 Senad Lulic- Lazio

Lulic is 33 and isn’t getting any younger. But he is still a regular for the biancocelesti, playing as their first-choice left wing-back. But what makes him a very good signing is his versatility across the pitch.

In the game, the Bosnian is valued at £4.7 million. He has a series of high attributes too. His leadership is 18, with his teamwork at 17. Lulic’s workrate is 16 and his anticipation is 16 too. This makes up for age and he is certainly a short-term fix players can look at in the game.

#4 Kevin Bonifazi- Torino

Last season, Bonifazi was on loan at SPAL and a was a regular centre-back for them. The Italian’s current deal at Torino runs out in the summer of 2022 and in the game, he is valued at
7.8 million and Torino don’t’ exactly back away from selling the 23-year-old either.

Bonifazi’s jumping reach is 15- a very good stat. His anticipation is 14 and that is very good for a central defender. The Italian has a marking and positioning of 14 too, with heading also at the same level. These make him a very reliable defender for Premier League teams outside the top six.

#5 Takehiro Tomiyasu- Bologna

This defender’s move to Bologna this past summer was big. In the game, you can cash in before he moves elsewhere, if not to Bologna from Belgian club Sint-Truidense in the summer.

Timoyasu is valued at 7.1 million. Depending on when you start the game, he would be a massive bargain. The Japan international can play at centre-back or at right-back and boasts of natural fitness of 16. He has a concentration of 15, with his determination at 14. His marking and heading also stand at 14 and they are two big aspects of a defender’s play.

At the age of 20, he presents a very good deal for any Premier League club. He has loads to improve too.
