Data Pack: Madrid win 2-1 away against Vigo

Atletico Madrid won with a goal to spare the game against Celta Vigo in the La Liga on Sunday. The team won 2-1 (1-0) at Abanca-Balaídos.

The visitors Atletico Madrid started the match best and took the lead early when Angel Correa scored in the 23rd minute, with an assist by Thomas Lemar, making it 1-0.

With barely 30 minutes on the clock, Atletico Madrid’s Angel Correa scored, from a pass from Saul Niguez, and sealed the win. The 2-1 goal was the last one of the game.

Atletico Madrid’s Mario Hermoso was sent off in the 90th minute.

Celta Vigo’s Hugo Mallo was sent off in the 90th minute.

Celta will host Osasuna on Monday. Atletico will face Elche at Wanda Metropolitano on Sunday.
