The Data Zone: A draw between Ecuador and Peru in Copa America group B

Ecuador drew their home match against Peru in the Copa America group B. The match finished 2-2 (2-0).

Just five minutes later, with an assist by Gianluca Lapadula, it was Andre Carrillo who scored a goal ensuring that the team equalised to make it 2-2.

With one game remaining, in the qualifiers Ecuador are in fourth place in the table and Peru are in third.

The teams play again on Sunday, with Ecuador hosting Brazil and Peru hosting Venezuela.
