Switzerland won 3-1 (2-0) against Turkey in the Euro 2021 group A.

Switzerland scored the first goal when Haris Seferovic scored a goal after 6 minutes, with an assist by Steven Zuber, making it 0-1.

The team also increased their lead to 2-0, when Xherdan Shaqiri scored a goal, with an assist by Steven Zuber, in the 26th minute.

With barely 30 minutes on the clock, Turkey’s Irfan Kahveci scored a goal, with an assist by Hakan Çalhanoğlu, and plugged one back for Turkey. Turkey were unable to score any more goals.

In the 68th minute, Xherdan Shaqiri scored a goal, from a pass from Steven Zuber, to increase the lead for Switzerland. The 3-1 goal was the last one of the game.

It was the last game of the qualifiers and the result means that Switzerland finish third in the table, with Turkey in fourth place. Switzerland secured their spot in the playoffs.
