The Stats: Wycombe Wanderers win despite comeback by Accrington

The team increased the lead to 2-0 early in the match when Garath McCleary made his mark as he scored again. This time he scored in the 15th minute.

The goal that reduced the score to 2-1 came right at the end of the game, when Matt Butcher scored a goal for Accrington. However, Accrington were unable to make more of an impression. This brought the final score to 2-1.

On Saturday, Wycombe face Sunderland and Accrington take on Milton Keynes away.
